Friends of Kids with Cancer is devoted to enriching the daily lives of children undergoing treatment for cancer and blood related diseases. Our Mission is to be an advocate for these special kids and provide them and their families with the recreational, educational, and emotional support needed throughout the long hours of chemotherapy, illness and isolation.

Started in 1959, The BackStoppers provides needed support and financial assistance to the spouses and children of all local and county police officers, firefighters, publicly-funded paramedics and EMTs and volunteer fire protection units, who have lost their lives performing their duty. Deaths from natural causes, illnesses or injuries are outside the organization’s scope.


STLIA is a Missouri Association of Independent Agents (MAIA) affiliate and has been active in the St. Louis area insurance industry since 1944. STLIA's involvement in the insurance industry is guided by our organizational purpose, as stated in the STLIA by-laws, of "promoting and representing the common business interests of members before government and the public, consistent with the best interests of insurance consumers."

The St. Louis Chapter of Community Associations Institute serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. The chapter is one of 55 Community Associations Institute chapters in the nation.
